Hey everyone! Today I'm going to talk about something I just had my first experience with and i feel like not everyone knows about it or the specific rules... What am I talking about? Back2Mac of course!
So today I walked into MAC with my grubby little ziplock bag that's been sitting in the back of my drawer collecting MAC products as I used them up and after what seemed like FOREVER I finally used up six things!
The only rule for Back2Mac is that the used up products have to be plastic..and no the cap to your once loved lipliner doesn't count
You can even take in products that aren't entirely used up, things that have gotten old, or things you didn't like, but they don't have to be empty.
You can even bring in the plastic from a depotted eyeshadow even if it is really melted and weird
I took in-
a lipstick tube
2 half used lipglosses (so old they're unusable)
a creme color base package
plastic from a depotted eyeshadow
an empty mechanical eyebrow pencil
In return I decided on getting See Sheer lipstick, as you can see in the picture it's a really pretty color. I wanted something wearable but not your basic natural pink or nude
I think this is a great program because it allows MAC to recycle old packaging and gives their loyal customers (I mean you have to be loyal to have six empty products) a freebie.
You can even Back2Mac stuff through their website
