Hey everyone! Today I am here to talk about my favorite brand that I have found the entire time I have been in Poland (well besides Inglot makeup). That brand is Ziaja, and you can buy it practically anywhere. I know it's available in Eastern European countries, but for those of you in the UK you can buy it online from either www.ziaja.co.ukor http://www.beauty4you.co.uk/ or if you're in Ireland you can buy it from www.originalbeauty.ie, or if you're anywhere else you can buy from www.zjashop.com. These products are all tested by dermatologists, and won't irritate any type of skin and are all allergen free.
When I first came to Poland, I saw this brand and how inexpensive it was, and bought a few products to give it a go. I am so happy I did because this has become one of my favorite brands for all types of skincare, from tanning to cellulite products to hand creams, to face products, if it concerns the skin this brand has it all! They even have their ranges divided by skin type, age, etc. so whatever your skin concern is they have something for it! Even on their website you type in what your skin concerns are and they recommend products for you based on your specific needs!
The first products that I tried by Ziaja were a duo for Acne-Prone skin which was a face wash and a moisturizer and absolutely loved it! I also tried a hand cream and a self tanner and adored those products too! So I decided to go out on a limb and contact Ziaja, telling them how much I loved their products and they are so awesome, they asked me what skin type I had, sent it over to their lab and then sent me some products that were recommended by their lab to try!
So in the future I am going to be reviewing a mix of products by them, some that have been sent to me and some that I bought with my own money. (Just wanted to get that disclaimer out of the way for future product reviews, I found this brand loved it, and then contacted them, and they were kind enough to send things over!)
Okay on to the actual review!! I have combination to dry skin. I have an oily T Zone as the day goes on, but I get horrendous dry patches sometimes if I use certain products, usually products that strip the skin of moisture such as foaming face washes, things geared towards oily skin or severely acne prone skin, etc.
"Olive oil, gained by cold pressing Olea Europea plant seeds. Gently greases the skin and prevents an excessive water loss. Softens and gives elasticity to the epidermis. Creates a gentle film on the skin protecting it against unfavorable influences of external factors. Strengthens natural water - lipid barrier"
Translation: This olive oil line is enriched with olive oil and is perfect for dry skin because it helps keep the water in, and harsh things in the environment and air out of your skin keeping it in tip top shape. When it says gentle film don't be scared, it just means that it moisturizes. It won't make your makeup slide off or anything, I have only had fabulous experiences with this product.
This face wash is a moisturizing, foaming face gel. You need the TINIEST amount of product to wash your face, literally a pea sized amount because a little bit goes SUCH a long way! I know moisturizing and foaming? Unheard of! Most people with dry skin avoid anything that foams like the plague!
This face wash is almost like a 3 in 1. It removes ALL traces of makeup, washes your face really well, and doesn't leave your skin feeling tight and dry. Once I forgot to put moisturizer on after, and usually when that happens I wake up with a dry patch or a spot SOMEWHERE on my face, it never fails I swear. With this I woke up and my face felt soft and smooth it's amazing!
I think this face wash would work with oily, normal, and dry skin. It is very lightweight and meets all skin needs so I think really anyone would fall in love with this product as much as I have.
I have tried a LOT of products from this brand, like I said I have been buying them myself as well and i have never tried a bad product by them. Every single product I've tried I adore (they even have shower gels and I have the blueberry one and OMG heaven in a bottle). I highly recommend anyone to try this brand because it is so inexpensive but the quality of the products is so high!
I have been using their eye creams over my favorite Origins eye creams, and that's saying something! I've ditched my beloved Clean and Clear face wash (if you've been reading my blog for a while you know I've been through about twenty tubes of it) and replaced it with this face wash.
It keeps my skin dry patch free, spot free, moisturized, removes ALL makeup, and doesn't make me oily! I think you get the point, about how much I love this face wash and I really really hope that you guys try something from this brand! With prices like that why wouldn't you? And the quality is out of this world. They are on par with brands like Origins and Clarins, from my experience!
Also sorry that this is so text heavy, but how many pictures can you take of a face wash that is a clear gel?
