China Flower

China Flower - Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Enamel  $6.49

Hey everyone! Haven't done a NOTW in a LONG time, but with everything being so hectic I thought I'd do a NOTW and a mini review all in one!

Now I know I'm extremely late to reviewing these polishes, (I have five) because they came out about a year ago, but I just don't know what happened and I never got around to a review!
The Revlon Parfumerie polishes are made to smell like the name on the bottle, so for example this is made to smell like a China Flower or I'm guessing more oriental flowers.

I absolutely adore these polishes. I've seen a lot of hate around these saying you can't smell them once you put a top coat on etc. but I think you can. Obviously these aren't scented so strongly that if you wave your hand in front of your face you get a waft of the scent like an actual perfume, but if you put your nails up to your nose you CAN smell them.

The longevity in the wear of these polishes is CRAZY! I usually go for really pale neutral colors because it is less noticeable when they chip, but these I can wear for a solid 1-2 weeks without any chipping.

This is kind of a late post because I JUST repainted my nails to the Revlon Parfumerie polish in Powder Puff which basically smells like a nice version of baby powder, but is a super light pink that you can almost see your nails through a bit (like Essie Fiji) and with glitter/sparkles (not chunky glitter. It's a polish I imagine a princess wearing.

I absolutely LOVE these Polishes (oh and the China flower on my toes is still going strong and chip-less and it's almost been a month....) What are your opinions on these? Have you tried them? I think they make the most BEAUTIFUL colors in the range!

  2. I'm wearing china flower right now =) I really like the colour and the staying power seems to be good (3 days and no chip so far) but I don't like that the brush is so tiny.

  5. This is so pretty, but I have the violet one and the smell of it genuinely makes me sick if I move my hand, too sweet and perfumey for me!

  9. no way! thats so funny! at first i didn't like it but now i kind of do because i paint my nails a lot neater with this and don't miss that one spot closest to your skin on the side of the nail facing away from you, you know what I'm talking about! And it makes my toes easy too!

  25. I love love the consistency of these nail polishes but I the few I own have zero scent to them. I am really rough with my nails and the color last a pretty decent length though.
